Take note that antique and vintage pieces are considered used. While most of the pieces I sell likely never saw any tea, there may be imperfections or slight wear that is natural for their age. These imperfections enhances the character and charm of your purchase!
Gilding is generally hand painted and therefore not always uniform in consistency. Additionally age may discolor the gilding, giving it a richer patina.
