This charming French antique plate was made by the famous French manufacturer of Terre de Fer "Saint Amandinoise St Amand" in the early 1900 based on the history of the mark.
This model is called "MUGUET" and is beautifully decorated by light green transfer with a Lily/daisy of the valley pattern on white ivory ironstone surface. I have several plates in this pattern and these plates are a lighter green than my others which are or were more dark olive green.
Stamped on the back "St Amandinoise St Amand - MUGUET Made in France" with an image of a Rooster (Coq in French).

PLEASE NOTE: I have 2 plates in total (1 flat edge hollow soup plates & 1 dinner plates) but the price is for ONE 1 Plate. The listing is programmed to allow you to select a quantity you wish to purchase. Please ask me if the shipping doesn't make sense as the Etsy system is NOT programmed in France to calculate the shipping automatically so it's a manual entry subject to error. If the shipping is not correct, I always refund overages when processing my orders.
--- Condition ---
In rustic vintage condition due to their age there are signs of usage such as pattern fading/bleeding/ink marks in certain areas, tiny manufacturing/glazing marks on the surface, visible utensil marks/scratches on the surface, there are areas around the edges of wearing of the protective glaze, there are a few spots with tiny brown marks/discoloration and they all have various levels of crazing (from even and faint to visible and random) and here's more detail by plate.
Dinner Plate N #3 - There is a hairline crack on the side edge visible on both sides of the plate.
Dinner Plate N# 5,6,7 - There is more visible areas of discoloration on the front and back of the plates.
All blemishes are shown in the photos and collages. Please ask me if you are unsure. I have more photos that I can provide upon request. PLEASE use ZOOM to review closely the detail and condition of the plates.
**Special Note about aged Porcelain**
If you are not accustomed to this ‘look’, google crazing and the aging process of porcelain. The Japanese use crazing to add an artistic look to their pieces whereas antiques go through the natural aging process. Crazing is cracking in the surface of the plate due to use sometimes it's even and is called the crackle look and other times it is random.
These items are old, were used and were manufactured at a time when processes were less under control as today. Therefore, in addition to the defects identified and reported in the ad, slight dimensional differences or deviations in the color or in the decoration between the different parts could be noted. Besides, some little marks or small manufacturing imperfections such as minor defects in the glaze or in the varnish etc., may also be observed.
